What You Will Be Doing
As a full-time Retail Sales Consultant at Victra, you will have the autonomy to shape your career within one of our retail locations. Our sales consultants earn, on average, an annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $64,000, which includes a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up salary during the first 60 days of employment. Employees accrue a minimum of 40 hours of paid time off per year for the first year, increasing to 80 hours in subsequent years. Additionally, you are entitled to paid sick leave in accordance with applicable state laws.

What We Are Looking For
– A high school diploma or GED.
– A minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak periods from November through December.
– Must be at least 18 years of age.
– Proven experience in communicating effectively with customers to find solutions.
– Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements
– Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
– Capability to stand for extended periods.
Training Requirements
All Sales Consultants are required to complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date, which may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Ongoing online and computer-based training will also be necessary throughout your tenure with Victra.
