Job description:
The Hampton Inn & Suites Liberty Township is seeking dedicated team members with exceptional customer service skills to join our Front Desk team as Night Auditors. In this pivotal role, you will directly influence guests’ arrival and departure experiences while addressing various operational needs related to their requests, recommendations, and preferences. You will be responsible for resolving guest challenges during their stay, upgrading guests as necessary, and promoting our services, amenities, and products to enhance their experience.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

– Ensuring a positive guest experience by building rapport and promptly addressing guest needs.
– Familiarizing yourself with and adhering to all policies and procedures set forth by Lexington Management and Brand Standards.
– Reviewing data within the property management system and following established cash handling procedures to maintain accurate records of property operations and guest accounts.
– Cultivating a culture of open communication, fostering productive working relationships, and maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
