Job Title: Retail Donation Attendant at Loveland

Company:

Location: Loveland, OH

Pay: $12 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $12 for a Retail Donation Attendant position in Loveland, OH, appears to be below the competitive standard, especially when compared to similar roles within the retail and nonprofit sectors. As of 2023, the average pay for comparable positions typically ranges from $14 to $18 per hour, depending on experience and location. Additionally, considering the rising cost of living and wage growth trends in Ohio, this rate may not attract sufficient candidates or reflect fair compensation for the workload expected in such a role. Therefore, it may be advisable to review and potentially increase the wage to align with industry standards and local expectations.
