Travel Remodel Construction – Nights $18

SPAR is expanding our overnight reset and remodel construction team! By becoming a member of this full-time racking team of Reset Construction professionals, you will participate in a traveling team responsible for remodeling the interiors of home improvement retail chains. The role involves working overnight hours from 9 PM to 6 AM, focusing on the construction of heavy steel racking, pallet racking, as well as the assembly and installation of shelving and fixtures. This position demands a high level of physical effort. Candidates with backgrounds in construction, resets, remodels, fixture installation, racking, or general labor are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, highly motivated, adept with tools, and driven to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Elevating to the Senior Lead position requires prior experience as a Racking Team Member.

What You’ll Do:
– Engage in physically demanding construction work
– Remodel large retail stores during overnight hours
– Remove and replace damaged steel racking, including cantilever towers
– Relocate products from old to new pallet racking systems
– Construct and assemble retail store shelving fixtures
– Update signage, shelf conditions, and complete schematics
– Engage in significant physical activity and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
– Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and work overnight from 9 PM to 6 AM
– Capacity to follow direction for tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelves
– Comfort with climbing ladders and working at heights of 20 feet as necessary
– Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs.
– Experience in using basic hand and power tools (candidates must provide their own hardhat, gloves, utility knife, and power tools)
– Strong teamwork and communication skills
– Basic tool proficiency necessary for the position
– Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
– A personal cell phone and valid email address are required
