Your Role at Raising Cane’s:
As a Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Leader in the daily operations of the restaurant while upholding the esteemed standards and culture of Raising Cane’s during your shift management responsibilities. The role entails working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, which requires extended periods of physical exertion, including walking, standing, lifting, and bending, as well as engaging with customers. This position involves both indoor and outdoor work in varying temperatures and requires adherence to safety protocols while handling food products, common allergens, industrial equipment, and commercial cleaning solutions that necessitate the use of personal protective equipment.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
– Ensure that operations consistently meet Raising Cane’s standards across all areas of the restaurant during your shift.
– Serve as the manager on duty, responsible for opening and closing the restaurant.
– Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accountability.
– Enforce Raising Cane’s policies and standards effectively.
– Execute shift management while adhering to Raising Cane’s operational and safety standards.
– Utilize required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results, and take corrective actions when necessary.
– Provide guidance to crew members during shifts.
– Deliver exemplary customer service at all times.
– Implement the reward and recognition program for restaurant crewmembers.
– Authorize employee functions requiring managerial approval, such as discounts, promotions, and timeclock overrides.
– Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant and ensure that all facilities are in good working order.
– Complete additional duties as assigned.
Requirements for Success:
