– Review contractor submittals and automation programming developed by other system integrators while serving as the owner’s advisor.
– Engage with contractors and clients in a liaison capacity to implement software and hardware upgrades.
– Act as the lead for automation and programming, guiding changes or managing the execution of automation projects.
– Delegate tasks to junior and mid-level staff, while providing Quality Assurance/Quality Control oversight to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
– Deliver assigned projects efficiently, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to through the use of company systems and tools.
– Supervise automation programming teams and provide mentorship to programmers and designers.
– Contribute to business development efforts by offering technical insights for proposals and participating in project team interviews.
– Collaborate with a national team of technical experts and discipline leads to execute projects and pursue new opportunities.
– Cultivate and sustain client relationships while advocating for company-wide initiatives and values.
