Job description:

As a Merchandiser, you will engage in project-based responsibilities aimed at ensuring that products and displays are visually appealing, thereby attracting and engaging shoppers. Our corporate office is based in Tampa, FL, yet we recruit retail merchandisers across the nation.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with co-workers and store managers.
  • Execute projects accurately and on time.
  • Provide thorough and timely reporting on a daily basis.
  • Maintain consistent attendance.
  • Complete retailer-specific online certifications as required.

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years of retail experience is required.
  • Experience in merchandising and/or fixture installation is preferred.
  • A strong willingness to learn and follow instructions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with plan-o-grams is a plus.
  • Ability to cross-reference multiple documents accurately.
