Travel General Laborer Nights – $18

SPAR is expanding our overnight construction team and seeking dedicated and reliable full-time laborers. Successful candidates must be willing to travel for extended periods and work overnight shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM. Familiarity with tools and a willingness to learn are essential. As part of our traveling team, you will engage in work within home improvement retail settings, handling heavy steel and pallet racking installations.

What You’ll Do:
– Engage in physically demanding construction tasks
– Conduct overnight remodels of large retail spaces
– Remove and replace damaged steel racking, including cantilever towers
– Relocate products from old to new pallet racks
– Construct and assemble retail shelving fixtures
– Update signage, shelf conditions, and complete schematics
– Participate in extensive physical activity, requiring the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
– Must be capable of standing for a minimum of 8 hours and working overnight shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM
– Ability to follow directives regarding tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelves
– Comfort in climbing ladders and working at heights of up to 20 feet as needed
– Repeatedly lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
– Basic experience with hand and power tools (candidates must provide their own hard hat, gloves, utility knife, and power tools)
– Strong teamwork and communication skills
– Knowledge of basic tools necessary for the job
– Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required
– Personal cell phone and valid email address necessary for communication
