Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all sanitation standards and requirements for the spa year-round.
  • Achieve sales targets related to memberships, gift cards, and service enhancements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, service providers, sales associates, and management.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations, ensuring accurate balance of the daily appointment book.
  • Demonstrate a genuine desire to assist clients and promote the health benefits of regular spa visits.
  • Warmly greet clients before and after their appointments.
  • Stay informed about current special offers, products, services, and procedures relevant to Hand and Stone.
  • Adhere to Hand and Stone’s sales scripts for memberships and gift cards.
  • Recommend service enhancements appropriately.
  • Familiarize yourself with and perform Hand and Stone’s signature services.
  • Maintain comprehensive treatment records for all clients.
