– Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
– Required: Six months of related warehouse experience
– Preferred: One year or more of related warehouse experience

Responsibilities include:
– Learning to operate powered industrial trucks, such as stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks, including maintenance knowledge
– Potential operation of manual and/or automated warehouse equipment (e.g., packaging line)
– Certification in powered industrial trucks
– Basic reading and mathematics in English for safety and work instructions
– Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
– Data entry into the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
– Willingness to work overtime as assigned
– Capacity to cultivate and maintain professional relationships within all organizational levels, including peers, supervisors, and customers
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively
– Flexibility and self-motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment
– Strong organizational skills with an aptitude for multitasking and time management
– A detail-oriented approach with excellent follow-up practices

Primary responsibilities will involve:
– Packaging, kitting, and assembling orders and materials
– Loading and unloading inbound/outbound trailers, ensuring accurate scanning
– Assisting in training dock employees on new procedures
– Securing the facility at the end of shifts, investigating/resolving scanning issues, and maintaining cleanliness
– Performing picking and packing duties, as well as checking for product or container damage
– Executing assigned tasks according to facility policies and procedures
– Participating in team activities aimed at self-improvement and optimizing warehouse operations
– Maintaining cleanliness in assigned work areas
– Performing other duties as assigned
