AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $12.48 for the role of “Expeditor” at Big E’s Sports Grill in Holland, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for similar positions in the restaurant and hospitality sector typically ranges from $14 to $18 per hour, depending on experience, specific job responsibilities, and local market conditions. Given that Holland, MI, has a relatively moderate cost of living, this rate may struggle to attract or retain candidates, suggesting it could benefit from an increase to remain competitive within the local job market.
