Our Sales Consultants earn an average annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $64,000, which combines a base hourly rate and uncapped commissions. Additionally, we provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your initial 60 days of employment. Employees accrue paid time off each pay period, beginning at a minimum rate of 40 hours per year for the first year, increasing to 80 hours per year thereafter. You will also be entitled to the minimum requirements for paid sick leave as dictated by applicable state laws.

What We’re Looking For
– A high school diploma or GED.
– One or more years of experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or sales setting.
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak vacation periods.
– A minimum age of 18 years.
– Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating with customers to find solutions.
– Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements
– Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
– Capability to stand for extended periods.

Training Requirements
All Sales Consultants are required to attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. This training may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Ongoing online and computer-based training will also be necessary throughout your employment with Victra.
