All new hires will start as caregivers, with pathways available for advancement to Med Tech positions through our comprehensive training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist residents with daily living activities, including transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking.
– Maintain a clean living environment, which may include light housekeeping tasks.
– Adhere to safety and health standards, including infection control procedures.
– Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate any changes to supervisors.
– Administer medications and injections in accordance with prescribed medical charts.
– Follow established schedules to assist residents with repositioning.
– Accurately document medication administration and client care.
– Exercise sound judgment in providing care and ensuring resident safety.
– Collaborate with team members to support their responsibilities.
– Complete all required documentation and charting.
– Respond to call lights and assess residents’ needs.
– Assist with meal trays and help residents with eating.
– Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:
– Ability to pass a criminal background check.
– High school diploma or GED.
– Reliable transportation.
– Availability to work every other weekend is required.
