Job description:

This part-time associate role involves sampling products for suppliers at a Sam’s Club location. Product Demonstrators play a vital role in introducing customers to innovative items and brands through engaging product tasting events, sampling, or demonstrations. While prior experience in customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cash handling, stocking, demonstration, brand ambassador, or brand advocacy is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.

Responsibilities:

• Engage customers to effectively communicate key product features and advantages.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards during sample preparation (cooking, processing, plating, serving).
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals for the featured products.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old (18+ for alcoholic products and certain production roles).
• Weekend availability (Friday through Sunday) is preferred, with opportunities for holiday and weekday shifts.
• Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet on workdays is necessary.
• Capability to safely operate appliances such as microwaves, toaster ovens, and hot plates.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the event.
