Job Summary
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for completing all assigned preparation tasks, setting up the cook’s station, and maintaining the standards for product presentation, quality, and cook times. This role requires you to prepare all menu items in accordance with Applebee’s recipes, plate presentations, and specifications.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the casual restaurant industry is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• A current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and effective conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to comfortably endure the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
