Job Summary
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for completing all assigned prep work, setting up the cook’s station, and ensuring that product presentation, quality, and cooking times meet our established standards. This position requires the preparation of all menu items in accordance with Applebee’s Recipes, Plate Presentations, and specifications.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Current alcohol and food certification that complies with state regulations is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution techniques.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to comfortably meet the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
