Job Title: Front Desk/Swim Instructor

Company: Goldfish Swim School

Location: Strongsville, OH

Pay: $13 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $13 for a Front Desk/Swim Instructor in Strongsville, OH is generally considered below the competitive range for similar roles in the area. As of 2023, swim instructors typically earn between $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, while front desk positions in recreational or fitness facilities also tend to offer comparable wages. Given the cost of living in Ohio and the demand for skilled personnel in recreational roles, the pay rate of $13 may not attract or retain qualified candidates, positioning it as less competitive within the industry standards for this region.
