The Role
In this position, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems while guiding customers toward informed and confident purchasing decisions, all through the delivery of an extraordinary customer experience.

Qualifications: Do I Have What It Takes?
- A valid driver’s license to operate a company vehicle
- Successful completion of EPA 608 Certification, Types 1 & 2
- Preferred: NATE Certifications for Core and two additional specialties
- A minimum of two years of troubleshooting and repair experience
- Possession of basic industry tools

- Execute all assigned work (services, tune-ups, inspections) in a safe, thorough, and professional manner
- Follow work direction from the dispatcher courteously
- Complete all service invoices with 100% accuracy
- Immediately finalize the closeout process with full accuracy upon job completion
- Maintain ongoing communication with internal teams
- Keep your company truck clean and well-maintained, both inside and out
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork
- Engage in training initiatives to enhance your professional growth
- Be available for on-call service rotation as required
