Job Title: Caregiver

Company: Quality Private Care

Location: Sterling Heights, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $15 for a caregiver in Sterling Heights, MI, is on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards. According to various salary and labor websites, the average hourly wage for caregivers in Michigan generally ranges from $15 to $20, depending on experience, certifications, and specific job requirements. While entry-level positions may offer around $15, more experienced caregivers or those with specialized training often earn higher wages. Therefore, while this rate may be competitive for entry-level roles, it may not attract skilled caregivers or align with the rising cost of living in the area. Overall, offering a rate closer to or above the state average could make the compensation more appealing and encourage higher-quality candidates to apply.
