Job Title: Med Tech

Company: Golden Orchards

Location: Allegan, MI

Pay: $14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $14 for a Med Tech position in Allegan, MI, is generally below the industry standard. As of my latest data in 2023, the average pay for medical technicians in Michigan typically ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, certification, and specific employer factors. In rural areas like Allegan, while wages may be slightly lower than urban centers, $14/hour still appears non-competitive, reflecting potential challenges in attracting qualified candidates. Overall, this rate may deter applicants and could indicate an opportunity for employers to reassess their compensation strategies to align more closely with industry norms.
