Job Title: Houseperson

Company: Sage Hospitality

Location: Detroit, MI

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $16 for a Houseperson position in Detroit, MI falls slightly below the competitive range for similar roles in the hospitality and housekeeping sectors. Typically, Houseperson wages in urban settings like Detroit range from $15 to $22 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, specific duties, and the employing organization. While $16 may be acceptable for entry-level positions or those in smaller establishments, it may not attract candidates with more experience or in high-demand hotel properties. Overall, while it is a viable starting wage, it could be adjusted to enhance attractiveness and align more closely with industry standards.
