Job Title: Caregiver 2nd Shift

Company: Homestead

Location: Utica, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a “Caregiver 2nd Shift” position in Utica, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards. As of 2023, caregiver wages typically range from $12 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, specific duties, and the overall demand for caregivers in the region. Given that Utica’s cost of living and competitive job market may necessitate higher wages to attract and retain qualified staff, the $15 per hour rate may not be highly competitive. Overall, while it falls within the general range, adjusting the pay could enhance recruitment and retention efforts for this crucial role in the aging population.
