Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by converting opportunities into rentals and promoting additional services.
- Ensure facility cleanliness, including restrooms, hallways, and lobby areas.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and effectively respond to inquiries.
- Manage cash handling, reporting, and daily deposits.
- Uphold company standards and adhere to operational policies.
Work Schedule:
- Our facility operates seven days a week from 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Availability for weekend shifts is required.
Qualifications for Assistant Store Manager:
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in roles such as retail sales, restaurant service, front desk operations, or site management.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer-focused sales and collections, including cold calling.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to master new applications.
- A valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to walk, sit, or stand for extended periods.
- Experience operating POS systems and other standard office equipment.
