Job Summary
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for completing all assigned prep work, setting up the cook’s station, and maintaining high standards for product presentation, quality, and cooking times. This role involves preparing all menu items in accordance with Applebee’s established recipes, plate presentations, and specifications.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the casual restaurant industry is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements is preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to comfortably meet the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
