Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food items according to the menu (including fryers, flat tops, and pans)
  • Adhere to sanitation and food safety standards
  • Maintain a clean work area, resetting the kitchen every 2-4 hours
  • Follow opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and trash removal
  • Meet order efficiency expectations
  • Conduct periodic line checks throughout the day
  • Assist with inventory control management
  • Cook and create all wok and stove top dishes according to established recipes
  • Prepare items as per the recipe manual and prep list when needed
  • Wash, rinse, and sanitize used dishes as necessary
  • Manage waste by unloading trash cans and transporting trash to the dumpster
  • Engage in additional cleaning tasks when applicable

Skills & Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Reliable transportation is necessary
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
  • Weekend availability strongly preferred
  • Open availability is highly desirable
  • Capacity to remain in an upright, stationary position for eight hours or more
  • ServSafe Certification is not required, but offers an additional hourly pay increase
