The Executive Assistant to an Ensemble Health Partners SG&A Executive is tasked with providing extensive administrative and coordination support. This dynamic role requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, manage projects, and deliver solutions with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive calendar management for the SG&A Executive.
- Serve as a liaison and support the Executive’s department.
- Manage a variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the Executive’s leadership capabilities, including project planning, presentation development, minute-taking, and action tracking.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding matters related to the SG&A Executive.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive to ensure they are well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up as needed.
- Maintain open communication with the entire executive team and associates that support them.
- Coordinate team-related activities such as weekly and monthly meetings, outings, and retreats.
- Act as "gatekeeper" and "gateway" to ensure smooth communication between the executive, their staff, and peers.
- Manage the SG&A Executive’s travel arrangements and reimbursable expenses.
- Provide event management support as required.
- Extend hospitality to all guests and foster a welcoming environment.
- Build long-lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
