Job Description
Job Title: Public Safety Aide
Company: Canton Township
Location: Canton, MI
Pay: $17.95 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17.95 for a Public Safety Aide in Canton, MI, falls slightly below the average wage for similar roles across the U.S., which typically ranges from $18 to $22 per hour depending on experience, specific job duties, and regional demand. While the rate may be competitive for entry-level positions in some areas or smaller municipalities, it may not fully align with industry standards considering the responsibilities often associated with public safety roles, including community engagement, security oversight, and potential emergency response duties. Overall, while it may be acceptable for starting positions, it could be perceived as lower than what is typically offered in neighboring regions or for individuals with more experience or specialized skills.
