Job description:

Aeroseal is seeking a Marketing Strategy and Planning Manager for our New Construction division. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the EVP/GM of the Residential New Construction business unit and their senior leadership team. Your primary focus will be to understand market dynamics, develop strategic plans that significantly contribute to business growth, and coordinate the execution of these plans in partnership with our content, communications, growth, sales enablement, events, and digital marketing teams. Successful collaboration will be an essential component of this position.

To excel in this role, a broad range of experience in marketing, communications, advertising, events, and public relations strategies and tactics is essential, particularly within a fast-paced environment related to construction, building technology, HVAC, energy efficiency, or a similar field. Your ability to engage with senior sales leaders and product managers, along with experience presenting proposals compellingly and effectively, will be critical.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience in construction, building technology, HVAC, energy efficiency, or a related sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading marketing strategy development and orchestration in collaboration with senior sales and business leaders, demonstrating measurable contributions to the organization.
  • Strong marketing acumen and the ability to build trust amongst senior peers.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement a scalable marketing strategy across a crucial business line, customized for geographic or vertical segments as needed.
  • Transition our marketing approach for this business unit from a reactive service model to a strategic function that clearly aligns with business objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize marketing opportunities to enhance our engagement and response from builders, raters, and home buyers.

Operational Execution

  • Oversee the delivery of the strategic plan in collaboration with our functional marketing teams.
  • Take full accountability for the outcomes of this delivery, optimizing for peak performance and impact.
  • Serve as the voice of Aeroseal for builders, raters, and home buyers, ensuring consistent alignment across marketing, sales, dealer communications, and partner engagement.

Technical & Industry Expertise

  • Utilize your knowledge of building performance, HVAC, ventilation, and the construction lifecycle to refine marketing strategies for the market.
  • Remain informed about prevailing trends in our industry and marketing landscape.
  • Ensure Aeroseal’s offerings are strategically positioned within the residential new construction sector.

The estimated salary range for this role is $125,000 – $140,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the successful candidate’s experience, skills, knowledge, and geographic location. Please be advised that the listed compensation figures represent base salary and exclude bonuses or benefits.
