Role Summary
As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional member experience by delivering superior customer service to current and prospective members as well as guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring exceptional customer service is consistently delivered.
  • Oversee all front desk operations, including:
    • Answering phone calls in a friendly and welcoming manner.
    • Checking in members and facilitating new member sign-ups.
    • Conducting tours for prospective members.
    • Making necessary updates to member accounts.
    • Responding to member inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely, professional manner, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
    • Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage.
  • A strong passion for fitness and health.
  • An upbeat and positive attitude is essential.
  • Punctuality and reliability are a must.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage positively and professionally with both members and colleagues, consistently exceeding member expectations.
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to empathize and resolve problems effectively.
  • Ability to demonstrate diplomacy in interactions, utilizing appropriate behavior and language.
