Job description:

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of J2EE/IBM MDM Developer in Dublin, OH. The selected individual will be responsible for the following key duties:

  • Delivering solutions within the client’s Identity Management Project Delivery Team.
  • Overseeing the deliverables associated with Identity Management projects.
  • Engaging in application development within a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborating with peer teams to design effective solutions.
  • Providing work estimates for assigned tasks.
  • Communicating the status of tasks to Project Management and leadership.
  • Notifying Project Management and leadership of any difficulties in meeting project deliverables or deadlines.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience with MDM Server.
  • Proficiency with UI Generator.
  • Strong background in J2EE and Java.
  • A seasoned professional with excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying technical details for Project Management and leadership.
  • Self-motivated and adept at identifying and solving problems, providing leadership with technical answers and options.
  • Effective task prioritization to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
  • Familiarity with Windows 2003 and later versions.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Java.
  • Experience with J2EE technologies, including Servlets, Java Server Pages (JSP), and EJBs.

  • Proficient in JUnit, Ant, and code quality analysis tools like FindBugs and PMD.

  • MDM Server UI Generator expertise in J2EE and Java.
  • Experience with UNIX/Linux environments.
  • SQL proficiency.
  • Familiarity with DTS.
