Job description:

Aeroseal is seeking a Marketing Strategy and Planning Manager for our Commercial division to further our mission by collaborating directly with the EVP/GM and senior personnel of the Commercial business unit. This role will entail a deep understanding of the market, the development of strategic marketing plans that yield significant and measurable business growth, and the coordination of plan execution alongside our content, communications, growth, sales enablement, events, and digital marketing teams. A strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration will be essential to this position.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess extensive experience within various marketing disciplines, including communications, advertising, events, and public relations strategies, preferably within a fast-paced environment related to construction, building technology, HVAC, energy efficiency, or a similar industry. As the role involves interaction with senior sales leaders and product managers, prior experience in engaging with senior management to both absorb insights and effectively present strategic proposals is crucial.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience in construction, building technology, HVAC, energy efficiency, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in formulating and executing marketing strategies in collaboration with senior sales and business leaders, with clear contributions to organizational objectives.
  • A profound understanding of marketing principles and the ability to foster trust and collaboration among senior colleagues.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Design and implement a scalable marketing strategy for a key business segment, adjusted for geographic or vertical markets as necessary.
  • Transition the marketing function from a reactive, tactical approach to a strategic, proactive model that aligns closely with business objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize marketing initiatives to enhance engagement, reach, and responses from builders, raters, and home buyers.

Operational Execution:

  • Direct the execution of the strategic plan in collaboration with our functional marketing teams.
  • Assume accountability for the outcomes of these initiatives, optimizing for maximum impact and performance.
  • Act as the voice of Aeroseal for builders, raters, and home buyers, ensuring consistent messaging across marketing, sales, dealer communications, and partner outreach.

Technical & Industry Expertise:

  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of building performance, HVAC, ventilation, and the construction lifecycle to refine marketing strategies.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, ensuring Aeroseal’s offerings are effectively positioned in the residential new construction market.

The estimated salary range for this position is $125,000 to $140,000, with actual compensation determined by various factors including the candidate’s experience and skills, as well as job location. Please note that the salary listed reflects base pay and does not encompass bonuses or benefits.
