Role Summary:
As a Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the member experience by delivering an exceptional level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Manage front desk operations, including:
    • Answering phones in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Checking in members, processing new member sign-ups, and conducting tours for prospective members.
    • Facilitating updates to member accounts as needed.
    • Addressing member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to the Assistant Manager or Manager when necessary.
    • Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency is required.
  • A strong passion for fitness and health is essential.
  • A positive and upbeat attitude is a must.
  • Punctuality and reliability are critical.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively and professionally with both members and colleagues, consistently exceeding expectations.
