Job description:

Aeroseal is seeking a Marketing Strategy and Planning Manager for our New Construction business unit. This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with the EVP/GM and senior staff to gain insights into the market, develop comprehensive plans that contribute significantly to business growth, and coordinate the execution of these strategies alongside our teams in content, communications, growth, sales enablement, events, and digital marketing. Collaboration is essential for success in this position.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess extensive experience in various marketing disciplines, including communications, advertising, event management, and public relations, preferably within the fast-paced sectors of construction, building technology, HVAC, or energy efficiency. Engagement with senior sales leaders and product managers is integral, requiring the ability to both listen and convey proposals effectively to top-level management.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience in construction, building technology, HVAC, energy efficiency, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in leading marketing strategy development alongside senior sales and business leaders, with measurable contributions to business objectives.
  • Profound marketing acumen and the ability to build trust among senior peers.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a scalable marketing strategy tailored to key geographic or vertical segments.
  • Shift the marketing approach of the business unit from a reactive, tactical service model to a strategic, proactive function that aligns with and supports overarching business goals.
  • Identify and prioritize marketing opportunities to enhance outreach, engagement, and responses from builders, raters, and home buyers.

Operational Execution:

  • Lead the implementation of the strategic plan in collaboration with functional marketing teams.
  • Ensure accountability for the outcomes produced, optimizing for maximum performance and impact.
  • Serve as the voice of Aeroseal in communication with builders, raters, and home buyers, ensuring consistent messaging across marketing, sales, dealer communications, and partner communications.

Technical & Industry Expertise:

  • Utilize knowledge of building performance, HVAC, ventilation, and the construction lifecycle to inform marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on trends within our business areas and marketing landscape.
  • Position Aeroseal’s offerings effectively within the residential new construction sector.

The estimated compensation for this role ranges from $125,000 to $140,000. Final pay will depend on various factors, including the candidate’s experience, skills, knowledge, and location. It is important to note that the compensation listed pertains to base salary and does not include potential bonuses or benefits.
