AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 to $16 for a Fitness Trainer in Lima, OH, is generally below the national average for this role, which typically ranges from $20 to $30 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. In Ohio, the rates can vary, with larger metropolitan areas offering higher wages, while smaller towns like Lima may present lower salary scales.
