Job Duties:
– Manage the lead funnel by following up with prospective members interested in trying Orangetheory, scheduling their introductory class, and ensuring they have an outstanding first-time experience. Provide membership details based on the recommendations of Group Fitness Coaches.
– Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by generating leads, booking appointments, facilitating membership and package sales, and driving additional revenue.
– Respond to member inquiries promptly and address any concerns with professionalism.
– Ensure brand compliance by adhering to all Orangetheory Fitness systems and procedures while maintaining an organized front desk and effectively prioritizing tasks throughout your shift.
– Greet members by name and ensure accurate class attendance, creating memorable experiences by celebrating events such as birthdays, membership anniversaries, and personal achievements.
– Stay well-informed about all studio activities, including current promotions, fitness challenges, off-site events, and corporate initiatives.
– Demonstrate the ability to work independently while taking ownership of your contributions to the studio’s overall success and your team.
– Assist in maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.
Job Qualifications:
– A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
– 1-3 years of sales experience is preferred.
– Comfortable using new technology, smartphones, and computers.
– Must possess a growth mindset and a genuine passion for helping others.
– Demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and effectively address member inquiries or concerns.
