Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver / Home Care Aide
Company: Honor
Location: Westerville, OH
Pay: $15 – 15.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $15.50 for a Caregiver/Home Care Aide in Westerville, OH, is slightly below the national average for similar positions, which typically ranges from $16 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, certification, and the specifics of the role. While Ohio’s cost of living is lower than many areas, this wage may still be perceived as uncompetitive when considering the demands of the job, including the emotional and physical responsibilities involved in caregiving. As such, this pay range may struggle to attract and retain qualified candidates in the long term, especially given the increasing demand for home care services.
