Job Title: Med Tech/Caregiver all shifts

Company: Whispering Pines Senior Living

Location: Cadillac, MI

Pay: $14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, the hourly rate of $14 for a Med Tech/Caregiver role in Cadillac, MI, is below the national average for this position, which typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. In Michigan, particularly in more rural areas like Cadillac, wages can be lower than in larger urban areas, but $14 still appears less competitive when considering the rising cost of living and the demands of caregiving roles. Therefore, while this rate may attract some candidates, it may struggle to retain skilled staff unless supplemented by other benefits or incentives.
