Job Title: Dietary Manager

Company: Carespring

Location: Harrison, OH

Pay: $16 – 25 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 to $25 for a Dietary Manager in Harrison, OH, is somewhat on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to national averages for this role, which typically range from about $18 to $30 per hour depending on factors such as experience, specific job responsibilities, and facility type. In Ohio, the average salary aligns more closely with the mid to higher range of that spectrum, reflecting the demand for qualified dietary managers in healthcare and institutional settings. While this rate may be competitive for entry-level positions or in smaller facilities, it may not attract more experienced candidates or those looking for industry-standard compensation, especially in larger healthcare systems or urban areas where the cost of living is higher. Overall, while it may be competitive for some applicants, it could benefit from adjustment to align better with broader industry standards.
