Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver/Med Tech
Company: Homestead
Location: Marysville, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $15 for a Caregiver/Med Tech in Marysville, MI, is generally below the industry standard for this role. Caregivers and medication technicians typically earn between $12 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and the specific demands of the job. While entry-level positions may start closer to the lower end of this spectrum, $15 per hour may not attract experienced professionals or those seeking competitive compensation, especially given rising living costs and wage expectations in the healthcare sector. Therefore, this rate may limit the ability to recruit and retain quality staff in a growing healthcare environment.
