Job description:

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for both part-time and full-time Food Service Utility positions at the Cleveland Clinic – Euclid, located at 18901 Lakeshore Blvd, Euclid, OH 44119. Please note that all applications must be submitted online.

The work schedule will vary, with shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The typical shift is from 11 AM to 7 PM.

While previous experience in food service and/or customer service is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Compensation for this position ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary:
The Food Service Utility team member is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in kitchen work areas, ensuring equipment and utensils are orderly and sanitized.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sweep and mop floors in accordance with safety and sanitation standards.
  • Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and various food preparation surfaces.
  • Remove trash and dispose of it in designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans as needed.
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
  • Assist in setting up banquet tables and front-of-house areas.
  • Aid in loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and products.
  • Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as required.
  • Adhere to sanitation and safety guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
