Responsibilities as a Caregiver

  • Build meaningful connections with clients through companionship and empathetic caregiving
  • Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping tasks
  • Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom needs, and incontinence management

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR valid certification as a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Willing to commit to working at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to ensure consistent care and relationship building
  • Basic proficiency in English speaking, reading, and writing; bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Completion of any necessary compliance, licensing, or registration requirements
  • Proficient in using the Honor Care Pro Mobile App and have a device compatible with the latest iOS or Android version
