Job description:

$3,500 New Hire Bonus
($1,000 after 90 days, $2,500 after 180 days)

Position: Certified Nursing Assistant

Our Certified Nursing Assistants will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in AFC-licensed group homes and semi-independent living settings in Novi and the surrounding areas.

Job Type: Full-Time, minimum of 32 hours per week
Optional overtime available.

Shifts:

  • 7 am – 5 pm
  • 7 am – 7 pm
  • 3 pm – 11 pm
  • 7 pm – 7 am
  • 10 pm – 10 am

Compensation: Starting at $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, meal preparation, housekeeping, and grocery shopping.
  • Preparing and administering medications.
  • Transporting and assisting our clients; a company vehicle will be provided for all transportation needs.

About You:

  • High school diploma and/or college degree/certification
  • Valid Michigan Driver’s License
  • CPR/First Aid and CBIS certification and training are a plus
  • CNA certification in Michigan
