Job Title: Shift/Charge Nurse – LVN/LPN

Company: Atria Senior Living

Location: Ann Arbor, MI

Pay: $30 – 34.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $30 – $34.50 for a Shift/Charge Nurse – LVN/LPN position in Ann Arbor, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum compared to industry standards. As of late 2023, average hourly wages for LVNs/LPNs in Michigan typically range from $25 to $40, with the median around $30 – $35 per hour depending on experience, specialization, and local demand. While this rate may be competitive within lower-end healthcare facilities or for entry-level positions, it may not attract experienced candidates or those seeking competitive wages, especially considering the rising cost of living and salaries in the broader medical field. Overall, this pay range could be viewed as slightly below average for experienced professionals in the area.
