Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6 AM to 3:30 PM or until route completion
Compensation: $30/hour, dependent on experience

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of commercial truck driving experience is strongly preferred
  • A valid Class A CDL license is required
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years old
  • Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to acquire one is essential
  • Capability to lift items up to 50 lbs
  • Background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, and delivery, is advantageous
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, along with general digital literacy, are needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver materials to customers, assisting with loading and unloading while ensuring accurate delivery documentation
  • Collect customer returns, verifying product matches for credit requests
  • Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as necessary, and report any issues to the supervisor
  • Adhere to all DOT (Department of Transportation) standards and regulations
  • Implement all company safety policies and procedures
  • Support warehouse personnel in pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as in receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming materials
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required

Compensation Range: $19.26 – $30.76 per hour

  • Estimated ranges are displayed monthly for salaried roles or hourly for all other roles.
  • This position is eligible for a Bonus or Incentive Plan.
  • Ferguson complies with all wage regulations; starting wages may be higher in certain locations based on local or state requirements.
