Pay: Starting at $18.06/hour, plus monthly performance incentives

Work Schedule:

  • Sunday to Thursday work week, with Fridays and Saturdays off
  • 1st Shift from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

At Gordon Food Service, we take pride in delivering efficient order processing and delivery to our customers, and our warehouse staff is essential to our success. As a Freezer Custodian, you will support our team by maintaining clean and organized operations. Your responsibilities will include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, emptying trash, clearing snow, and maintaining landscaping. Please be prepared to work in extreme temperature conditions ranging from -25°F to 100°F within the distribution center. No prior experience is required, as we will provide the necessary training.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Availability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required—holidays are critical for our customers!
  • Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions (-25°F to 100°F) is REQUIRED.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English to understand labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, and benefit-related information, as well as to complete paperwork and follow verbal instructions.
  • Capable of successfully passing a drug test and a background check.
