Warehouse Picker Order Selector – Lansing, MI
About the Role
- Efficiently pick products by accurately aligning numbers and items using a voice audio headset.
- Repeatedly hand stack cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds, moving them from the floor to overhead.
- Organize beverage products in a defined stacking pattern on pallets.
- Shrink wrap completed orders, affix labels, and transport orders to the loading dock using electronic pallet jacks or walkie-rider equipment.
- Perform general housekeeping duties within the warehouse and carry out additional assigned tasks as needed.
Shift and Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM until completion
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required

Equipment Utilization

Requirements
- Capability to remain standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling, and lifting for the entire duration of the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift, including from the floor to overhead.
- Proficiency in operating a headset, utilizing a voice-activated order selection system.
- Competence in hand shrink-wrapping pallets of completed orders.
- Willingness to work in environments with varying temperatures, both hot and cool.
