Responsibilities:
You will understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic, informed recommendations to customers. By conducting thorough inspections—from attics to crawl spaces—you will identify issues and build trustworthy relationships, ensuring homes and families are well protected. Your ability to listen attentively and convey practical solutions will enable you to win over customers with confidence and care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Prioritizing safety in all tasks.
  • Conducting yourself with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
  • Serving as a compassionate problem solver by utilizing comprehensive training to recommend tailored pest solutions for each customer.
  • Achieving sales goals through prospecting new business and managing assigned leads, supported by a significant advertising budget.
  • Scheduling appointments and meeting with potential customers in their homes to explain the benefits of Orkin’s products and services.
  • Performing detailed inspections of the interior and exterior of homes—training will be provided.
  • Making informed recommendations based on inspections, addressing any customer questions, and managing their expectations.
  • Utilizing the provided iPad to organize your work and prepare sales agreements, with additional training available.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • No previous experience required!
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • The ability to obtain the necessary pesticide license/certification, with costs covered by the company.

Work Environment:
