Role Overview

We are currently seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 1 for ProMedica Hospital in Toledo, OH. This position will operate on a second shift, from 2:30 PM to 12:30 AM.

Our Sodexo Healthcare Environmental Services/Housekeeping teams are dedicated to managing housekeeping operations at healthcare client locations. By partnering closely with clients, we deliver innovative solutions while ensuring client satisfaction through excellent customer service and effective communication with all levels of hospital staff. What You’ll Do
– Drive client and patient satisfaction scores.
– Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff, in collaboration with the Infectious Control department.
– Lead teams and manage departmental projects and initiatives.
– Effectively manage the Unit Operating System.
– Support a diverse and inclusive workforce.
