As a Mobile Tire Technician, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by utilizing innovative mobile e-commerce technology to meet their tire needs. You will be responsible for operating a state-of-the-art mobile van, delivering tire services directly to customers at their homes or workplaces. This position goes beyond basic tire installation; you will engage with customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a seamless service experience. Previous experience in tire installation is not required, as we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this vital role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct basic tire services, including mounting and balancing tires and performing tire repairs, utilizing a Roll by Goodyear mobile van for optimal customer convenience.
- Exemplify outstanding customer service by effectively communicating, explaining the installation process, and understanding customer needs.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, encompassing warranties, promotions, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the Roll by Goodyear team, alongside the store network and customer service representatives.
- Independently manage your daily route, safely operating the van and representing Roll by Goodyear effectively.
- Execute proper safety checks when installing tires.
- Perform various manual tasks for extended periods, which may involve light to heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
- Travel to different cities for training or to assist others as required.
Basic Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is essential.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Note: Relocation is not offered for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous tire installation experience is a plus, though we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
