We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Member Services Representative on a part-time basis, specifically for weekend and morning shifts. Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service and Front Desk Activities:

• Greet members and guests warmly, providing outstanding customer service to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable.
• Answer phone calls with a friendly demeanor and assist with a variety of inquiries.
• Check in members, provide tours and assist with new member sign-ups, log amenities, and communicate updates and events effectively.
• Address member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Facilitate purchases of beverages or merchandise using the point-of-sale system.
• Assist with membership card issuance, address changes, and billing or payment inquiries through the POS system.

Club Cleanliness and Maintenance:

• Ensure a clean and orderly front desk area and lobby by going above and beyond in maintenance.
• Perform routine facility cleaning tasks, including mopping spills, trash removal, cleaning windows and mirrors, and re-racking weights.
• Maintain cleanliness of all exercise equipment and tanning beds.
• Regularly clean and stock restrooms and wet areas.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Applicants must consent to a 7-year criminal background check within the first week of hire, with continued employment contingent on a satisfactory outcome.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with an ability to interact positively and professionally with members and colleagues, consistently exceeding expectations.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• A positive, upbeat, and professional attitude is essential.
• Punctuality and reliability are mandatory.
• Must obtain and maintain CPR/AED Certification within company-required time frames and retain the physical capability to administer CPR/AED in emergencies.

Physical Demands and Requirements:

• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, and frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, reach, twist, grasp, and perform repetitive hand motions.
• Occasionally lift, carry, push, and/or pull moderate weights (up to 50 lbs).
• Capability to engage in continuous conversation in person or on the phone during shifts.
• Must maintain physical readiness to administer CPR in case of medical emergencies.
• Visual and auditory ability in normal ranges, with or without correction.
